How to set up the e-mark
Set up and make your first imprint.
e-mark Setup
The e-mark set up process is easy - just follow the below steps and short videos and you will be making your first imprint before you know it!
Make sure you have your Quick Set Up Guide handy before you start as it contains your e-mark access data (SSID and password). If you have lost the Quick Setup Guide, you can recover your SSID and password by making the first imprint with your e-mark, which will include this information.
After having assembled your e-mark and inserted your ink cartridge, you can download the app for Android and iOS devices in the Google Play Store or AppStore. Please follow the guide in the app, which includes connecting to your e-mark for the first time via WiFi (mobile devices) or USB (PCs). The first time you set up your e-mark, the WiFi connection needs to be made through the app (rather than the Wifi settings of your device).
Assembly
Device Setup
The first step in setting up your e-mark is to assemble the device and insert the ink cartridge. To do this, remove the top cover and the battery. Please ensure to open the bottom latch before pulling out the cartridge as the cartridge can only be removed once it is open.
iOS

Download the e-mark app in your AppStore and follow the on screen instructions or watch the above video. iOS 11 and higher is required.
Android

Download the e-mark app in your PlayStore and follow the on screen instructions or watch the above video. Android 5.0 and higher is required.
Windows
Software Setup
A desktop version of the e-mark software is available for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
